Supplies
· Popsicle sticks
· Empty soup cans
· Paint and brush
· Ribbon
· Double sided tape
Step One
Paint the popsicle sticks to match the ribbon you chose
Step Two
Wrap the double-sided tape around the top, middle, and bottom of the empty soup can
Step three
Stick the Popsicle sticks onto the can in whatever pattern you choose. Tie the ribbon around the planter and tie in a bow.
